- Does payroll work with SSF or the old provident fund?
- Both, and per employee. Nepal's move from the provident fund to the Social Security Fund has not reached every consultancy, or every staff member inside one, at the same time, so each person's scheme is set individually rather than assumed for the whole office.
- Is payroll included on every plan?
- No. Attendance and the geofence are on every plan including Free. Payroll begins at Growth, which is NPR 12,999 a month for up to 15 staff accounts across 5 offices; Pro removes both ceilings for NPR 29,999.
- Does it calculate SSF or TDS for me?
- No. You enter the figures per person and the run totals them for you automatically, itemised on the payslip. We do not calculate government rates on your behalf, because getting a tax rule wrong quietly is worse than asking you to enter a number you already have.
- Can a counsellor see what colleagues earn?
- No. The staff list shows a pay band, not a figure, and payroll sits behind its own permission that is not handed out by default. Opening it is recorded against whoever opened it.
- What happens once a pay run is marked paid?
- It locks. Nothing on a paid run can be edited by anyone, including an admin, because a payslip that can change after it was issued is not a payslip.
