What a credit actually buys
Credits are spent on AI work only, and only when somebody presses the button. The board, attendance, documents, payroll and reports cost nothing to use.

The questions owners ask first
Is there a limit on students?
No. Put every family you are working with on the system, on any plan. You are never charged more for having a good year, and nobody has to delete a file to make room.
What counts as a staff account?
Anybody with their own login: counsellors, the front desk, documentation, accounts, you. Students and parents are not staff and never count.
What happens when we pass the staff limit?
Nothing breaks and nobody is locked out. Everything already in the system stays exactly where it is. Adding the sixth person asks you to move up a plan, and switching off somebody who has left frees a place.
Which currency are we billed in?
Invoices are raised in Nepali rupees. The other currencies here exist so a partner or an investor reading this page does not have to do the arithmetic.
What if we run out of credits?
The AI tools pause until the first of the month. The board, attendance, documents, payroll and reports do not use credits and keep working.
